19/99 Beauty's Precision Colour Pencil (1.1g) is a multipurpose formula designed to add a pop of colour to your eyes, face, or lips. Its highly pigmented, creamy formula leaves a matte finish, while the precision tip allows for graphic lines or blendable application as a blush or lipstick.
Available in an array of neutral to bright shades, this versatile pencil can be used as an eyeliner, eyeshadow, lip liner, lipstick, blush, contour, or highlight. It is enriched with coconut oil and vitamin E for a smooth, comfortable wear.

How to useLipstick: Line and fill in lips with the Precision Colour Pencil or use a brush to blend colour onto lips. Wear alone or top with a gloss for a dewy effect. Lip Liner: Line lips with the pencil and finish with gloss or lip colour of choice. Eyeliner: Line lash line with pencil. Smudge with a brush for a smokey effect or tap translucent powder on top to enhance wear. Eyeshadow: Dot colour over eyelids and blend with fingertips or a brushto diffuse colour. Blush/Contour: Dot colour onto cheeks and blend with fingertips or a brush to diffuse colour. Highlight: Use a light-coloured pencil on inner corners of eyes, along lash line, on high points of cheeks, cupid's bow or brow bone. |
